The Social Sauna is big, lively and holds up to fifteen people. The Quiet Sauna is smaller and calmer, for people (up to eight) who love silence almost as much as sweating. Cold plunge in the Inner Harbor’s open waters safely inside a custom shark cage (no sharks). Just pure Milwaukee vibes. Drop-In Sauna
Single-Use Sessions offer individual sauna seats in a Quiet or Social room, with hot stone heat ranging from 160–200°F and a recommended cold plunge. The Nordic dry sauna experience is famous not just for heat but for the deeply euphoric state people feel during and especially after a session. Come on down and try it for yourself.
